Love sharing remodels that completely transform a space. From a dark, tight kitchen with an adjacent room at a floor level 20+ inches below with a fountain in the middle and a built-in concrete bench spanning the entire width of the room, to say these 2 adjacent spaces are very different now is an understatement! We raised the floor in the lower room to match the rest of the home, reworked the entry into the garage and opened up the new living area into the Kitchen space by removing a wall. Thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of creating new concept plans for the space, then bringing it to life with timeless finishes, fixtures & furnishings! Dreamy new space for a dream client!!!
