LYP: What 3 words would you use to describe your work and why?

Gabrielle: Reliable, because our callers/patients depend on consistency and accuracy and I take pride in being someone they can trust.

Purposeful because every call has meaning; each interaction is an opportunity to help, guide, or reassure someone when they need it most.

Supportive because the core of my work is helping callers feel guided, reassured, and not alone.

LYP: What do you enjoy most about helping patients over the phone?

RUBIN: Being able to support patients when they’re stressed or in pain is what makes this job meaningful to me. Knowing that my patience and understanding can offer comfort and clear guidance means a lot to me. Empathy drives me to listen carefully, treat every caller with kindness, and do everything I can to make their experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

Our great people are the key to our success, and we are celebrating our December anniversaries today. Thank you for your hard work, compassion, and dedication to delivering a better !
