An outdoor, full body workout for YOU while your littles play next to you or join in the fun!

Soooo whatcha doing on Sunday morning? 👀 Nothing? Great! Come join our small-group workout at the playground!
Little ones are welcome to play nearby, hang out next to you, or join in however they want! (you’re obv welcome to come solo too!)
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
💪🏻 ~35 min workout using a variety of equipment (bodyweight, park benches, mats, dumbbells, TRX, bands, etc.)
🦩 Great for all fitness levels & modifications can be made to support pregnancy, postpartum, & injury!
✨ Laid back, judgement-free vibe (toddler meltdowns, runaways, snack breaks, nursing baby is all expected!)
🛝Time to cool down post-workout and hang out, chat, let the littles play, etc.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
✅ yoga mat (if you don’t have one it’s okay!)
✅ water/snacks for you and your little(s)
✅ stroller, blanket, or baby carrier if needed
✅ toys/activities for your kiddo (toys, balls, games, bubbles, etc.)

Small-group mama workout this Sunday in Chicopee! 🛝💪🏻
Little ones are welcome to play nearby, hang out next to you, or join in however they want!
These sessions are all about moving your body, connecting with other moms, and letting your kids be kids in a low-pressure, good-vibe environment.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
💪🏻 Roughly 35 min workout using a variety of equipment (bodyweight, park benches, mats, dumbbells, TRX, bands, etc.)

Join us this Friday, May 1st for a mom-focused, kid-friendly, full-body outdoor workout! 💪🏻🌳🛝
⭐️ You can expect roughly ~30-40 minutes for the workout (including warm up & rest)
🎾 Meet by the tennis courts! As long as they aren’t being used, we’ll have our workout in there again so the littles stay contained 😎

Our “Lift & Play” workouts are perfect for you! You’ll get a great workout, fresh air for you and your littles, & feel accomplished and strong 🔥 Bring the chaos, there’s zero judgement here 🫶🏻
The actual workout will be about ~30 minutes and then you’re free to stay & play, cool down, and chat with other moms 💞
Bring a mat (if you have one) & water for you, and any toys/snacks to occupy your littles!
Strollers, baby carriers, and blankets are also welcome if it makes your life easier!
