To anyone who’s gotten their spark back, I’m so freakin proud of you ☺️🙏🏼 and to anyone who hasn’t yet.. know that in time it will come back.. it may take some work, but it’s possible to get it back 🫶🏼

People have told me “you shouldn’t be so vulnerable on social media.” But I just think about younger me (before I knew how to talk about this stuff) and no one knew I was struggling, for years. Not my friends, not my family, no one. I just wanna reach as many people as possible who are afraid to speak up and let them know it’s gonna be okay.. that they can make it through.

I believe we all have the ability to recreate ourselves, to grow, learn, and change… Don’t ever let the opinions of others, fear of judgement, or fear of failure hold you back. Bc at the end of the day, the one you’re hurting the most is yourself. I say take the chance on your goals, take a chance on you! 😌🫶🏼
