I just saw that Taft High School is showing Grease tomorrow night on the football field and I am 100% planning on going because... well... I LOVE GREASE🎶😆 But then I had a thought...

Why don't we have an outdoor movie night where DOGS are invited too?!

Nominations are now open for the esteemed Office of Portage Park Pet Mayor! Over the next month, prospective pets — fish, birds, cats, dogs and more — who are ready to lead can submit their names to the ballot!

Benefits:
- A feature in our newsletter and on our social media

- Election buttons for the top four candidates and endorsement stickers for the winner.

To submit a pet:
- Email [email protected] with the pet's name, a photo, a short bio and your pet's favorite place in the Portage Park neighborhood by Aug. 20, 2025.

- Must live between Lawrence and Belmont, Knox and Narragansett and be able to attend the Sept. 21 market for the final vote.
