We are looking forward to working with you on hiring the Customer Service Coordinator/ Dispatch for ABV Plumbing.

Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services (based on the technician location, scope of work, urgency of service)
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
•Track voice messages and return calls to clients
•Reply to clients emails
•Reply to clients reviews in social media
•Generate and send invoices
• Folow up with customers post service to get their feedback and ask for a review
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, etc.
•Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls
• Perform other duties as needed which may include: create content for social media- Instagram and Facebook; ordering parts and materials

Requirements
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, Positive Attitude, outstanding organizational skills
•Ability to work remotely 7 - 4 CST Monday to Friday
•Previous Customer service experience is a big plus

This is a remote position. In order to perform your job duties you must have a reliable internet connection and laptop or desktop computer.
