Victorian Tile Foyer. This was a fun little project. You send your floorplan to England and they ship you all the tiles precut for your design. Shoutout to Mosaicos Tile for their help importing the tile for this cool project.

ROAM designed and built this new bathroom for a client looking to age in place. The design provides a generous layout, all the doors are 3 feet wide and the fixtures were placed to allow for future grab bars and accessibility. The shower is roll-in curbless with a hidden storage nook in the half wall and a high window for daylight.

Starting a new project for to provide new offices for staff in Chicago. We sketched out the first concept plan for this job in 2014 so we are happy to be able to get this project finally built!!
