social media activity (or lack thereof) doesn’t really reflect a community’s vibrancy. we’ve been sleepy on posting here, yes (other than sharing our amazing members’ content in our stories).
and even though we like it here on insta, nothing beats the real-life connections that we have continued to pour our hearts into since our upstart in 2013, and that we’ll continue to champion as long as practitioners keep showing up to share time, space, and magic with each other and us!
today, our co-founder opened the zoom room for our monthly Business Care Circle call to talk about RELATIONSHIPS in business, and it’s these moments, in anticipation of connection and meaningful conversations, that we feel especially lucky to have a community to lean into.
wishing you all a fulfilling month of cultivating healthy, positive, and supportive relationships. ✨❤️✌️✨

✨on cognitive bypassing✨
Healing can feel scary, especially when it involves facing emotions you’ve spent years avoiding. Body-centered approaches offer a gentle + compassionate path toward healing, allowing you to create emotional safety within yourself.
When you reconnect with your body, you learn that emotions aren’t as overwhelming as they seem. The physical sensations of sadness, anger, or fear are manageable when you approach them with awareness. Over time, this practice helps to build a sense of trust within yourself—that you can feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
By making space for emotions in your body, you allow them to move through you rather than get stuck. This creates a deeper sense of emotional safety, knowing that you can handle whatever feelings arise.
If you’ve been relying on cognitive bypassing (intellectualizing emotions rather than experiencing them) to get through tough emotional times, there’s no need for self-criticism.
The goal isn’t to stop thinking (after all, your brain is an amazing tool), but to balance it with feeling. By integrating body-centered approaches, you’ll begin to unlock deeper healing, restore balance + feel emotionally safer within yourself.
So, the next time you find yourself intellectualizing your emotions, pause. Take a deep breath. Notice what’s happening in your body. By doing this, you’re starting the beautiful process of moving from bypassing to healing—one compassionate step at a time.

p.s. many of our practitioners use body-based modalities to support your emotional healing. self-care is not a solo project. 🫶🏼

Our belief in the power of community is at the core of everything we do. We know how communities grounded in love, acceptance, support, and a dedication to health + well-being drastically benefit the lives of all those it touches.
Being in a community with those with similar goals, interests, and philosophies will challenge you to be the best person you can be. Membership communities have the added benefit of motivation—a commitment that prompts you to take advantage of all there is to offer to improve your personal or professional life.
Whether you’re a wellness professional or a self-care follower of Tribe, being in our community is a powerful addition of positivity + health to your mind and body.
Everybody needs a community. These days, it can be challenging to find communities that have a strong focus on whole-human health and contain individuals dedicated to inner positivity + wellness. We created Tribe to be a supportive space for wellness professionals, as well as everyone who feels connected with our mission.
We invite our members and the greater community to participate in relevant + insightful discussions and other forms of self-care content.
And being a professional member of Tribe has benefits beyond networking—we actively support you, and guide your business to be the most fulfilling + successful it can be. Being a part of a positive, caring community means that everyone wants to see you thrive.
The power of a happy, healthy, and supportive community is a very strong force. After all, the world is not typically transformed by seismic events (though it might), but by small communities taking small steps, one at a time.
