Local elections are very important. Term limits should be in place for every political position, it limits corruption and allows for new ideas. I suggested (3) terms when I ran and think it should be retroactive. I see too much political alignment(s) and stacking the team with people within the same eco chamber, allowing for no true diversity of thoughts.
