Today is our official launch. Yes ELUMEN is relaunching and now has a dedicated SEMI PERMANENT range. Like it’s big brother it still retains the high shine, reflection, and repair benefits. However, the biggest difference. It’s a SEMI. Which means it will last up to 15 washes and has a dedicated ERASURE that’s by far the best direct dye remover I have tried.
