there are a few of you who are new and I wanted to take some time to orient you to this page and my work ✨

first off, welcome. I am so thrilled you are here, participating in the corners of the inter web that support interconnectedness to psyche, soma, and earth.
my name is Pilar and I’m a Somatic Experiencing practitioner and hold a master’s degree in depth psychotherapy. I approach this work—that I consider to be sacred—with respect, grace, and humility. I work from a body- and soul-based perspective to foster a balanced and integrated bodymindspirit. I say that as one word because I hold the belief they are not separate from one another.

my practice is located in Ojai valley of California, aka the beautiful valley of the moon, as well as Santa Barbara and Ventura. I am currently taking sliding scale clients and am open to collaborating with local artists, healers, and therapists.
