Our squatober finale was this past Sunday, but we had a blast all month long. Thank you to all of those who participated in this friendly competition!!!! Our winners are…. Drumroll please ……
1. Michael Hernandez (60% increase in 2RM)
2. Lauren Cassady (28% increase in 2RM)
3. Sarah Null (22% increase in 2RM)
The best part is every single person who competed increased their 2RM over the course of the month - which is a huge success in our books!!!!

Our girls .fitness and crushed the Chicago marathon yesterday!!!!!!
Now for some off-season strength training at Club33!!! 😉
