Hot Take 🔥 Not everyone needs to use a scale.

The scale is the easiest way to track weight, which, for many people, is an excellent motivator for getting in shape.

For others, the scale may come with feelings of negativity, as not seeing the numbers they’d like to can lead them to seek out “quick weight loss solutions,” AKA unsustainable lifestyle changes.

Should YOU use a scale? 💭 

✅ If you love tracking data and understand that weight fluctuates daily, YES! A scale can be beneficial.

❌ If you dread weighing yourself, there are other ways to track your fitness goals, like noticing how your clothing fits or how you feel along your journey.

Make Training/Exercising Part Of Your Routine 
  
Do you find it difficult to stick to exercises or a training on a long term? don't despair, millions of Americans are dealing with this also. 
  
It is however important that you make exercising part of your daily routine. 
  
Here's a handful of strategies to try: 
  
1. Analyze how you spend your day. Identify where you spend your time and how much value you get from there. Identify the onses to free up and replace with exercises. 
  
2. Start Small: Little by little! Start on a gentle ride. You can split your workouts to  a batch of 30 minutes. Don't go all the way out. 
  
3. Have a Plan: Plan ahea of your workout session. Before heading to the gym, plan ahead. This will help you maximize your time. 
  
I believe sticking to these strategies will help you incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
