As a certified birthday loving Cutie, it would be remiss of me to not celebrate my birthday with the grandeur it deserves. Lucky for me, the x Michelinman dinner was so decadent and delicious that I bothered the chef for his recipe to the celery root puree. Even though it was days after my calendar birthday, the chef was spirited enough to grant me the recipe! This dinner has been the best gift to myself yet.

- up from a nap in the car, I’m listening to michillenman and walking in to this impactful alcoholic bitter that smells like peanut better even though there’s none in sight. I feel post nap is the only way to enjoy this at its peek. Bourbon thick

Love it all but the scallop lol but I love the way they infused so much flavor around the meaty and deciptively flavorless scallop

Implies the drink is heavy with the name but it lights up my palate in a way that I could almost enjoy a brisk walk through the city, in search for the next adventure.
It does hit you like a timb stomp on the first sip though

The smell jumps off the plate
Table side pour of the apex predator jus makes you wait for the first bite in the wildest way. The bite ends up being so worth the wait.
