We got a really kind shoutout from our friend over at in a recent piece asking 9 brewers to name a future classic. Humbling to be mentioned alongside some truly incredible beer.

Will Be came before is/was brewing was even an idea — and it is now the foundation for almost everything we’ve made since. It encapsulates everything we love about saison: aromatic, dry, and balanced, with a rustic, ever-evolving character that keeps this beer endlessly interesting.
