Our new library is OPEN!

Since 2020, our resident librarian has been working hard on building a collection of neurodivergence-related materials. We are so excited to make this collection available for FREE to the public.

Whether you're a parent, a loved-one, self-diagnosed, neurocurious, or a service provider looking for more information to better serve your neurodivergent clients, we have materials for you.

To become a patron of our library, just go to librarika.com and create a new user account. Then request member access to our library (https://.optionsforcollegesuccess.librarika.com).

Once you've been assigned a member number, you can begin browsing our Neurodivergence & Disability Justice Collection, check out items, or put them on hold! For folks not in the Chicago area, we will also ship books with return envelops.

If you'd like to support our library, please head to our website to DONATE or peruse our collections wish list. With your donations, we can ensure our library services continue to grow and stay free for all.

Brain Gains is back this October for another round of exploration!

If you're a neurodivergent adult in the Chicago area and have been looking for a dedicated space to learn more about your neurodivergence, your unique strengths, and how to integrate them to build a more authentic relationship to yourself and others, Brain Gains is a skills group for you. Developed by and educators and therapists, Brain Gains is a communal learning group that celebrates and uplifts neurodivergent voices and experiences, without shying away from the real-life challenges of navigating a world not designed for us. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will learn all about why our brains experience our senses and our emotions differently, and how we can use that knowledge to assist us in achieving our goals, communicating our wants and needs, and improving our relationships to ourselves and others.

Brain Gains is an +-run and led group, and we work hard to create a safe space for folx of all marginalized identities.
