Nourish Her

"You don't have to figure it out alone and you don't have to wait until you can afford it."
She stayed up until 2am Googling things she needed someone to just show her.
She bought courses she never finished because life got in the way. She watched free YouTube videos but still felt like she was missing the pieces that actually applied to her life.
Sound familiar?
The Nourish Her Course Library was built for exactly that woman.
Deep-dive transformational courses that meet you where you are...in your business, in your body, in your faith, in your home....and walk you through what to actually do next.
📌 Real curriculum. Real outcomes. Real women in mind.
📌 Go at your own pace, on your own schedule
📌 Built by a woman who lived it, not just studied it
And here's the part nobody else is doing:
Can't afford it right now? Apply for a sponsor. We believe no woman should be kept from growth because of a price tag. Inside Nourish Her, you can submit a sponsorship request...and a woman in the village can invest in YOUR access as an act of sisterhood and generosity.
💜 Want to invest in someone else? Become a sponsor. Buy a course seat for a woman who needs it. You don't need to know her name. Just know that your investment changes her trajectory...and that kind of return never expires.
"When one of us rises, she pulls the rest of us up with her."

One of my favorite features inside the Nourish Her app is our Trauma-Informed Finance section.
For years, I operated from a scarcity mindset and poverty consciousness without even realizing it. No matter how hard I worked, I often found myself making financial decisions rooted in fear, survival, and uncertainty rather than confidence and strategy.
Everything began to change after reading Rich and Righteous by Julien Gordon and becoming certified as a Trauma-Informed Financial Educator. The experience completely transformed my relationship with money. I learned that financial wellness isn't just about budgets and bank accounts why? Because you can be bringing in $250,000 a year or $50,000 a year but still living paycheck to paycheck or still operating in a poverty mindset ...that's because it's also about healing the beliefs, emotions, and nervous system responses that influence our financial decisions.
Since making that shift, I've improved my credit score, increased my savings, become more intentional with investing, and developed a healthier relationship with money overall. But the greatest reward has been passing this knowledge on to my children so they can build financially from a place of confidence and avoid repeating cycles that have affected generations of families.
Because this journey was so transformative for me, I knew Nourish Her needed a feature that addressed both financial literacy and financial healing.
TRAUMA-INFORMED FINANCE
Built with somatic awareness, this feature recognizes that money stress is often emotional, physical, and deeply rooted not just mathematical.
💰 Nervous system check-ins before financial tasks (checking your credit score, paying bills, investing, opening bills)
💰 State-based guidance (Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Safe)
💰 Somatic audio exercises to reduce money anxiety
💰 Mini Financial Sprints (bite-sized money tasks)
💰 Gentle, shame-free financial guidance
💰 Children's Financial Academy designed to help break poverty mindset cycles and build healthy financial habits early
Because healing your finances starts with healing your relationship with money.

Your notifications can wait. Your sanity cannot.
I grew up in the 80s before the internet, before smartphones, before all these digital distractions.
Back then, we went OUTSIDE and connection meant knocking on a friend’s door, riding bikes until the streetlights came on, dancing and hanging outnon the front porch...getting lost in imagination instead of algorithms.
We didn’t need reminders to unplug. Life was unplugged.
And because of that, we were present. We were creative. We were connected in ways that didn’t require WiFi.
Fast‑forward to today…
When was the last time you sat in silence no phone, no scrolling, no one needing something from you?
If you can't remember... this is for you.
We live in a world that profits from your distraction. Every ping, every notification, every "just one more scroll" is stealing minutes from your peace, your presence, and your purpose.
And you can't afford that. 🤍
Inside Nourish Her, the Digital Detox feature helps you:
🌿 Create intentional screen-free windows in your day
📵 Set boundaries with technology that actually stick
🧘🏾♀️ Replace scrolling habits with grounding activities
✨ Reconnect with yourself, your kids, and your calling
Because the most powerful version of you isn't online.
She's present. She's grounded. She's here. 💜
Come unplug with us.

There’s a difference between a woman who is weak… and a woman who has been surviving for too long.
Hypervigilance taught her to stay alert.
Hyper-independence taught her not to rely on anyone.
Survival mode taught her to hustle, grind, perform, and push through exhaustion just to keep everything afloat.
So if you’re overwhelmed but still showing up for your children, your work, your family, your clients and your purpose…and feeling the need to set boundaries, pull back your energy and focus on your own well being more....
Hear this:
You are not selfish.
You are not cold.
You are a woman learning that rest, peace, and support are necessary and that you deserve it too.
Isaiah 40:31 says:
“Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.”
Not grind it.
Not hustle it.
Not perform for it.
Not hand it over to others.
Renew it. 🌸
That’s the heart behind Nourish Her:
helping women move from survival mode into healing, structure, peace, and purpose.
Because nourished women don’t just survive.
They thrive. 💜
