Cleavers has a way of clinging to everything it touches. In many ways, we do the same.
Tension, pain, other people’s expectations, old beliefs, and emotions we no longer need can quietly attach themselves to us over time.

During this special Releasing Sound Journey, I invite you to pause, let go, and immerse yourself in an experience inspired by the energy of cleavers growing in my garden. We will also enjoy a soothing cup of cleavers herbal tea as part of our evening together.

We will begin with a short guided meditation while sipping cleavers tea, followed by deep relaxation supported by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, drum, Koshi chimes, tuning forks…
