Happy thanksgiving week. I’m making pumpkin bisque and sticky rice (like the fall version of mango sticky rice). Ingredients include: Cinderella pumpkin , coconut milk, butter, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, fresh dill and aniseed spice. Please let me know if you want to have a try. I know pumpkin is not for everyone. We have this giveaway all day long from today until Sunday this week. Pass along to your friends as you wish. And we are willing to deliver to for senior citizens in out hood.

If you made at home, you can add bacon too.

Spouting mung bean at home.
I add Mung bean spouts in most of my dishes. It takes so yummy and rich in essential amino acids, such as phenylalanine, leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, arginine with the best plant-based sources of protein for vegans.

- soak dried beans in warm water for 24 hours
-spread the beans on a wet towel and also cover it in another wet towel.
-if you have a steamer, use it.
-keep them warm
-water to keep the spout moist at least 2 times per day

-Ready after 3-4 business days (šŸ˜‚ bad habits)

You can add the sprouts in soups, stir fried, salad... best of the best!!!

PS: for me, with some minor (okay more serious than I sound) issue of control and OCD of what I eat (especially raw veggies) I like to make my own spouts.

I also feel lots of joy like a medication to me to see things grow. Try it!
