Smoked Reuben - pastrami flat iron, charred cabbage, 1000 island dressing, swiss espuma, dill

Salmon Crudo - chinnook salmon (), leche de tigre, pumpernickel crumb, smoked salmon roe, finger lime ()

Smoked Fried Chicken - brined drumstick, golden kaluga caviar, Umamicue bbq sauce

Bangers and Colcannon - smoked pork sausage, braised cabbage, mashed potato, chive, brisket gravy

North shore residents! We are popping up at EJ's Place on Sunday, August 17 from 11am to sold out. Come try our Texas-style BBQ. Takeout and outdoor seating will be made available on a first come first served basis.

In our search for a brick and mortar, we decided to expand our boundaries into the suburbs. Our first stop is the North shore. Share this post and/or send this to a friend that loves BBQ.

What a weekend at Wolfie's Ribfest! Thank you for giving us a space to sell our BBQ.

We won the judge's choice award! Our char siu rib was smoked using post oak then braised and glazed in our house made char siu sauce. It was the same rib we did last year, with a couple of minor adjustments. Last year we didn't make the top 3. Sometimes all it takes are some minor adjustments to get the result you are looking for. Congrats to for winning the People's choice award.
