October is Menopause Awareness Month! 🌸 At Health Loft, we recognize that menopause can be a time of challenging transition. 🌱✨ Incorporate more soy into your diet! Foods like tofu and edamame may help reduce hot flashes thanks to compounds called isoflavones found in soy beans.
