Safety Practices

Due to the respiratory illness that is spreading within our pet communities, we would like to share our safety practices to assure you that we are taking every precaution.
1. Every pet needs current vaccination record on file including Self wash station. No vaccines No Service
2. Each pet will prescreen at drop off. Any pet with the following symptoms will be asked to reschedule and bring a veterinary wellness report.
• Watery eyes
• Runny nose
• Cough
• Sneezing
3. We disinfect tubs, tables, and kennels in between each pet.
4. We clean our blades, scissors, and combs in between dogs.
5. Our groomers wear a new disposable pair of gloves for each pet.
6. A fresh towel is used on every pet each time.
7. Any urine or f***s from the pets is cleaned immediately.
8. We stagger appointments to the best of our abilities.
9. We keep a low number of pets in the shop. We currently have 3 groomers and 1 bather; therefore 4 pets will be groomed in each appointment slot.
10. We ask parents to pick up their pets quickly after receiving the text message or phone call.
11. No pet mingling within the shop.
12. Male dogs will be wearing a diaper to reduced accidents and female dogs will wear diaper for accidents and during their menstrual cycle.
