Embodied Alchemy

El “No” aparece primero en el cuerpo. Antes de las palabras, hay sensación. Una contracción, un apretón, un refuerzo, un retroceso y alejamiento, una pausa.

Es en la sensación de que encontramos reparación por todas las veces que dijimos “sí” por defecto porque el “no” no era una opción. Cuando estamos desconectados de nuestro “no” porque ha sido inseguro o infructuoso de alguna manera, los límites y las fronteras se vuelven muy difíciles y complicados de separar. A medida que nos volvemos a familiarizar con cómo se siente el “no” en nuestro cuerpo, su expresión también se vuelve más clara.

Si tiene dificultades para conocer, establecer y expresar límites tanto consigo mismo como con los demás, tal vez comience con la sensación de resistencia y explore y examine lo que podría haber debajo.

“No” shows up in the body first.
Before the words, there is sensation.
A contraction, a tightening, a bracing, a pulling back and away, a pause.

It is in the sensation that we find repair for all the times we said “yes” as a default because “no” wasn’t an option.

When we are disconnected from our “no” because it’s been unsafe or unfruitful in some capacity, boundaries and limits become extra hard and messy to tease apart.

As we re-familiarize ourself with what “no” feels like in our bodies, the expression of it becomes more clear too.

If you struggle with knowing, setting and expressing boundaries both with yourself and others, perhaps start smaller with the sensation of resistance and explore and examine what might be under it.

Enter the portal of 2024. This is a special one time weaving the modalities of trance followed by conscious healing touch. (Register in BIO)

Start with a shamanic trance journey through the year ahead. The drum will guide you through a deeply relaxed state across the four seasons envisioning the beauty and obstacles of the year ahead. Visions may come to you as you explore your unfolding path. Find out what’s in store for you.

Then we bring in the body more deeply through the practice of Bodyhan. This practice involves intuitive healing touch, speaking your needs and being held. It is designed to soften and open us as we enter 2024.

What happens when you drop personality, desires, and judgements? Surrender to the Unknown and wander into the Void. This is your invitation.

Embrace your instinct. Embrace trust.

What to expect?

Hosted by Leticia Aravena .in.beautyy & , the evening begins with an opening circle where we describe a container that promotes safety, surrender, and connection explaining the nature of non verbal communication + consensual touch.

We invite participants to get a taste of a sense activation Ta***ic Puja.

We then proceed through a short Osho Gibberish exercise to clear our minds, ground our energy.
We begin Latihan with attendees putting on blindfolds. Very, very slowly we begin to move, possibly connecting with other beings in the space but without speaking, guided from the Void and to the sound of music.

We close the evening with a sharing circle to check-in, share our experience and option to melt into a Cuddle Puddle.

**This is not a workshop. It is a life practice we are sharing in a communal space. We hope you integrate experience into your daily lives.
