Years ago, I took a leap of faith and launched my own education consulting firm—and it changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined.

My name is Dr. Kenyatta Starks, and I’m the Founder and CEO of Starks Educational Consulting, a leadership and educational development firm dedicated to helping school leaders build high-performing schools, improve student achievement, and elevate the student experience.

It wasn’t always easy, but the journey has been transformative. 🌻

Since starting this venture, I’ve had the privilege of coaching educational leaders across the country, building a trusted brand, and even reaching a global audience through my podcast.
