Lately, I’ve been quieter.
Not because I don’t have anything to say.
But because some experiences have a way of changing you.
Not overnight.
Not dramatically.
Just quietly.
As an Image Consultant and Presence Coach, I spend a lot of time talking about how we show up in the world.
But lately, I’ve been reminded that presence has very little to do with appearances.
It’s revealed in how we navigate life’s difficult seasons.
How we carry ourselves when things don’t go as planned.
How we keep moving forward while honoring what we’re feeling.
I’ve found myself looking at life a little differently.
Paying attention to different things.
Appreciating different things.
Questioning things I never questioned before.
And while I’m still finding my footing, I’m learning that being human and being strong can exist at the same time.

When you know your look, you don’t second-guess.
Looking good is one thing.
Being remembered is another.
That’s presence.
Most people think style means buying more. It usually means styling better.
A small twist can completely shift the mood of something you already own. Personal style starts with creativity, confidence, and knowing how to see pieces differently.
You can recreate this with studs, pearls, hoops, or a bold earring depending on the vibe you want.
Style gets interesting when creativity walks in.
