Welcome to my page. My name is Shatiana I was diagnosed with lupus in 2003. As the years went by I got more diagnosis such as; arthritis, acid reflux, anemia, lupus in my kidneys, a stroke, fibromyalga, neuropathy, asthma and lupus in my lungs and two types of skin lupus. I am a certified personal trainer by NASM. A retired pharmacy technician and a child of YAH
I am here to enrich other through the word, my certification and my expertise. That's why I named the group simple solutions to a complex life. And trust juggling all the illnesses I have plus I'm a wife and mom. My life is highly complex..lol
