Burnout is something I don’t just treat, it’s something I’ve experienced myself. I wrote a brief blog post reflecting on my own journey, what it taught me about myself, and what it means to be human in a helping profession:

I’m especially passionate about supporting those in the helping professions particularly therapists. My intention isn’t to “fix” or “heal,” but to create a space where we can be human first and walk alongside each other, side by side.

I’am also sharing an upcoming CE presentation, where I’ll be presenting on compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout in our field. This CE event is hosted by not only one of my closest personal friends, but also someone who has been dedicated in the social work field
