"I needed a small, precise coffee grinder that I could actually fit on my counter and use in my kitchen, but still get pro quality out of."

That problem didn't have a solution, so Vel built one. Everything since—the alignment, the tolerances, the choice to make so much of it in-house—traces back to that one requirement. It resulted in the Z1 and Z2...and it's only just beginning.
