OMG. My first class was AMAZEBALLS!!
S/O to @afrodite.flows and @yucaa_frita for showing up and having fun with me.

FLOW is an intro to freestyling. Learning to trust our bodies and to trust the music!

Here I gave students the opportunity to come up with their own moves and apply then to different types of music bc you never know what the Dj gone play next!!
It’s a skill to adapt gracefully.!!

I admired their individual dance styles and wanted them to use it to their advantage!!

My next class will in 2024
-Afrohouse dance class working on dance stamina and endurance
- Yoga class focuses on slow movement, sound and aromatherapy on the dance floor
