So it has been a long day but before I call it a night have a couple more post

These 3 beautiful ladies where the top 3 participants in the wolf lake 5k this morning 1st 2nd and 3rd place in the 60-69 years young age group!!

It was a pleasure to have met them and stomp the pavement with them as well such an inspiration!!!!!

So my Tuesday and Thursday Ballerinas we will keep working to prepare for the next year event we can do it and it’s better together !!!!!

Shout out to my Lansing steppers!!! We get those steps in no matter what !!!! They are such an amazing group of ladies they always putting in the work

8 and 10 am AQUA FIT CLASS! My Gosh I love the groups I get to assist along their health journey. They are amazing they work and when I say they work I mean THEY WORK LOL.
