i’ve had this shirt for around 7 years now and i always wear it with so much pride. by Ilya Parker radically helped change my relationship with my body. our concept of fitness is drenched in these white supremacist body images and “science.” and it’s taken me a lil minute to not only sit with the fatphobia we have all been conditioned to accept, but also what fitness means to someone who can lose their ability to walk from day to day.

but this shirt is my fav also because i am here and was guided down this journey by another fellow trans man who has been working his ass off to continue to provided accessible work out and trainings to q***r folks everywhere along with building and connecting with other like minded q***r and trans trainers. thank you for all that you do! im grateful to be here after surgery, rocking my old shirt, and doubling down on actively decolonizing fitness and getting in tune with my body. please help me give this brilliant being their flowers 💐 support his work by joining their Patreon, donating too the communal gym space he is creating, and sharing his resources and knowledge
