Another large scale addition project with a modern flair!

Pulling elements from our last design through the front porch; it was important for the client's have a large entry way and foyer. In order to capture this we tucked the stairs against the existing garage and gave them a two story window showcasing their new loft.

After their architect failed to verify zoning this client had to move away from a first floor addition and focus instead on a second floor.

In this kitchen design, we balanced warm wood tones with crisp white cabinetry, layered in subtle brass accents, and created a functional island that anchors the entire space. The goal was to blend warmth and sophistication while keeping the layout highly practical for everyday living.
