Engage in a manifestation practice such as writing your affirmation 11 times; visualize & imagine your intention realized; celebrate and feel the gratitude of your success and the universe celebrating with you!

💫For 40 days, purify & detox: remove habits which distract, numb or aren’t healthy for your well-being/soulful evolution. You may give up alcohol, take a social media break, stop emotional eating.

Create and maintain a spiritual practice, such as daily meditation, and picking an oracle card with a message for each day.

Engage daily in activities that embody the change you want to see in your world:
spend time connecting and talking with a loved one;
exercise and eat healthy foods to nourish the temple of your body;
gift random acts of kindness to strangers;
be the version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be!

Most importantly, be the self that has actualized the manifestation intention you set on 11.11!

In the earthly realm, lessons come in the form of pain and struggle.

We experience smoothness and peace in the areas where we have achieved karmic completion. Or, we can also experience smoothness as the calm before the storm.

A storm surfaces in our life because our soul knows it’s time and that we are ready to transcend more areas of karmic learning and debt.

Through a blessed struggle, we are shaken by circumstances that rock us to our soul. We are invited to grow in a way that previously we have not been able.

The bigger the challenge, the more profound the soul’s initiation for potential upgrading.

Through blessed chaos, we will be humbled as previous forms of coping will not provide our solution. Entirely new ways, unfathomable to our old selves, must emerge for us to progress.

Not only will we need to navigate trauma and find new ways to heal, but we will also need to transcend the fear inherent in trauma.

As in the hero’s journey, we will only complete our learning when we are able to go back and face the dragon that threatened us from the start. However, we must apply our new skills to disarm and befriend the dragon, gratefully incorporating her lessons into the very fabric of our soul.

Beloved, please help me release the surfacing remains of my soul wounds of aloneness and unworthiness. I am never alone, I am never forgotten, I am worthy of Love’s constant embrace.

I remind myself daily that I am surrounded by heavenly love. All the splendor that God has created is for me, as it is for all of us! I exist as the truth of God’s splendor in form!

I feel loving ancestors, my guardian angels, light beings from angelic realms, nature elementals, and the aura of my own I Am Presence proceeding me, beside me, following me, within me, all around me! In my car, on my walks, at my workplace, while I’m cooking, while I’m sleeping: I Am in heaven‘s company.

My footsteps are guided.
I am protected.
Divine Love surrounds me.
I am safe.
I am loved.
