✨ Meet the Team! ✨
I’m excited to officially introduce Sierra Olaveson as the person behind our social media! 📱🐾
Sierra lives in Laramie, WY and is not only keeping our online presence running smoothly — she’s also mentoring under me to learn professional dog training. You’ll likely see her out and about gaining hands-on experience as she continues to grow her skills in the training world.
She shares her life with her dog Nova (who you’ll definitely be seeing more of 👀🐶) and is married to her husband Damian.
We’re excited to have Sierra on board and can’t wait for you to follow along as she learns, grows, and helps support our clients and dogs through education, training, and community connection. 💙
Give Sierra and Nova a warm welcome in the comments! 👇🐾

🏈🐾 Super Bowl Sunday & Dog Safety
Super Bowl parties are fun for people — but they can be overwhelming (and risky) for dogs. Here’s how to keep your pup safe while you enjoy the game:
🍗 Watch the food: Wings, bones, onion dip, chocolate, and salty snacks can all be dangerous for dogs. Ask guests not to share.
🚪 Mind the doors: With people coming and going, accidental escapes are common. Leashes or baby gates are your friend.
🛏️ Create a calm space: A quiet room with a bed, water, and a favorite chew helps dogs decompress away from the noise.
A little planning = a safer, stress-free game day for everyone. 🐶💙
First volunteer opportunity with Cheyenne Animal Shelter. Heidi is a very sweet girl and ready for adoption. She will make a family very happy.

Meet the Trainer!
Hi, I’m Erin — a professional dog trainer, military retiree, and firm believer that great dogs are built through trust, communication, and consistency (with a little patience from their humans, too).
I bring 20 years of military experience into my work with dogs, where calm leadership, structure, and accountability mattered every day. After retiring in 2025, I followed a lifelong passion and graduated from Highland Canine’s Master Dog Training Program in Harmony, North Carolina.
My training philosophy is simple: use what the dog in front of you needs. I love reward-based, positive training and building strong relationships, but I also understand that some behavioral challenges require the thoughtful, ethical use of training tools. My goal is always clarity, confidence, and fairness for both dogs and their owners.
I specialize in service dogs, puppy training, obedience, and scent detection, with a special love for off-leash reliability and trailing work. Watching a dog earn real freedom through training never gets old.
My husband and I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where we’re proud to be active members of the community through volunteer work and our church. Integrity, hard work, patience, and exceptional customer service guide everything I do.
If you’re looking for knowledgeable, honest training — with a warm approach and a sense of humor — I’d love to help you and your dog succeed.
