The self named “Oil Can Crew” during this mornings class 🩵 Once a month AY offers a restorative vinyasa hybrid class at Chester United Church. This class is perfect for anyone from beginners to advanced yogis who are looking to stretch and relax. Typical age range is 55-75. This morning we had a special treat of practicing on the CT River thanks to our amazing students Bob & Liz who welcomed us onto their waterfront property!
