Preston Strength

Quick Sunday run to grab a few protein foods, my sweet potato fries and of course, my fudge Yasso Bars for after dinner. Oh and Lucy always gets some treats when daddy goes to the grocery store. 👍💪🐶

The gym is quiet right now.

In a few minutes, people will walk through that door who are stronger than they were a year ago.

Some have lost weight.
Some move better.
Some hurt less.
Some are doing things they didn’t think they’d ever do again.

Most of that happens without a lot of noise.

Just 45 minutes at a time.

That’s the real behind the scenes at Preston Strength.

Sunday always seems like a good day to think about where you’re at.

I’ve been doing this for a long time, and one thing I’ve learned is you don’t have to have everything figured out.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to keep coming back to the things that make you feel better.

Train.
Eat a little better.
Get outside.
Spend time with people you like.
Laugh more.

Then wake up and do it again.

I’m still working on all of it too.
