Surprise! We've done a limited run of a strawberry ghost pepper jam. The strawberries are from HickoryRidgeFarm and the ghost peppers are from our garden 🌱

Don't be scared by the ghost pepper in the name though! It's got a strong little kick but the sweetness from the strawberries really balanced it out. Plus ghost peppers have a natural fruityness anyway.

We recommend refrigerating this one as soon as you bring it home. We were torn on calling it a coulis versus a jam but it definitely solidifies into a really lovely spreadable jam once chilled, so we're going with that.
