OC is a professional organizing, custom solutions, personal assisting, household management, moving manage, handyman, and event services business focused on bettering the lives of clients through organization, space improvement, and planning. As professional Solutionists, we thrive on improving the spaces of our clients and help maintain custom, organized systems. Our Solutionists coach, encourage, support, and guide clients to a more peaceful situation. We know that providing custom services is proven to reduce stress, increase productivity, improve relationships, help sleep habits, save money, and increase the amount of time to enjoy life. We are happy to serve our clients in and around the Chattanooga area.

Organizing Chattanooga offers Organizational services to Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Some of our services include Residential Organization, Business Organization, Household Management, Personal Assistant Services, Wardrobe Management, , Moving Management, Handyman Services, Virtual Organizational Assistance, Custom Solutions, Interior Styling, Event Planning/Coordinating… We are excited to expand our team and are open to new ideas within our expansion! Some topics of expansion have included Digital Organization.

We are looking to not only hire on, but to grow an awesome team of people who improve the lives of our clients. We will guide each new employee through training and onboarding with certification opportunities. There is flexibility in our scheduling, ability of our Lead Solutionists to build their own clientele, and opportunity for Assistant Solutionists to promote to Lead Solutionists if they desire!

JOB DETAILS

Assistant Solutionist $15-$20/HOUR

Scheduling is wonderfully flexible! Hours vary each week.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Professional Organization or specific field not required, but must be knowledgeable in organization

Well organized

Detail oriented

Has excellent communication, listening and people skills

Problem solver with the ability to think on their feet

Works efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment

Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Team player and has desire to work closely with other company members

Desire to change lives

ASSISTANT SOLUTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES

Physically assist in Projects (sorting, prepping, categorizing, executing project plans, relocating, labeling…)

Help manage the flow of projects along side Lead Solutionists.
Assistants Solutionists are not required to participate in the planning stages of projects, but are welcome and sometimes asked to be involved.

APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE: You must be available to drive personal vehicle to different locations for on-site work. Hours for this position may vary week to week, but we want our employees to have a job that fits their lives! Applicants must be able to lift 25 pounds. This opportunity does not offer medical benefits at this time, but we have plans to grow in that direction. Organizing Assistants have the opportunity for promotion to Lead Organizer after a period of on-the-job training and experience.
