Always Enough

This weekend I will be launching my first course to the Always Enough brand; called Offline Healing 🎉

2020 rocked everyone’s world; I think we can agree on that and it took away one huge piece of the Always Enough puzzle; a community of events and weekend retreats 😭 which were my favorite part of Always Enough; we’d connect, cry, share our stories, lean on eachother and create amazing bonds. I’m hoping to bring the events and retreats back in 2022 but for now the best option is courses in an online setting. That way we can still have a community and work towards crushing goals and bettering ourselves.

Offline Healing is a 14 day guided course where you will step back from social media scrolling, social media drama and take back control of your life. I took 2 months off at the start of the year and it was transforming and truly helped me so much with my mindset and centered me on what truly matters in life. During that break I started taking notes of what helped me and what activities brought me growth and compiled that into a course for you all to enjoy and see what life looks like when you step back from the screens.

What you’ll walk away with from this 14 day detox is more clarity, less anxiety, less fear, more focus, more productivity, better relationships, more joy, healthier habits and a stronger mindset.

This first course I will be doing alongside you all; as this is a soft launch. So the course will be 50% off this weekend for those who join the soft launch group which will start Monday August 30th. I will be doing live daily videos explaining the daily activity and helping you along.
