Join us Thursday, July 9 at Historic Chaska Athletic Park for a 7th Inning Stretch for a Cause in partnership with the Chaska Cubs. We’re proud to be part of an evening that brings the community together in support of youth mental health.

During the 7th inning stretch, be sure to take part in the raffle — with proceeds benefiting Slam The Stigma and the important work of breaking the stigma around mental health.

Admission is just $5 for adults, while kids under 18 and seniors 65+ are free. We hope to see you there!

Exciting news! Starting in June we will be adding to our High School Drop-Ins. Starting June 3rd we will have Drop-Ins on Wednesdays 3:00-6:00 PM! We will still have our Saturdays from 11:00-2:00 as well. Come fill the couch, you belong here!

Happy to have Jon Laurent from Peak Performance Twin Cities here at our high school Drop-In to talk today about performance anxiety. Great having him! It was a fun morning.

We are hosting a Free Youth Mental Health First Aid Training at Slam The Stigma on Saturday May 16th. If you work with young people this would be a great training opportunity for you. Pre registration is required. If interested email us at [email protected] or message me!
