Fear is a liar.....

Life is lifey, am I right?!

At some point in life, we all experience loss, hurt, pain, and disappointments. Along with that can come growth, strength and wisdom. We get to choose how we respond to those challenging times and there can be so many blessings in the midsts of disappointments if we choose to open our hearts, surrender and see them.

If you’ve been here awhile, you know last September I learned that I have a brain aneurysm. Gah!
For the past year, every morning before my feet hit the ground, I place my hand over my heart and say...... “thank you for another day,” and remind myself that fear is a liar.

It’s still there and is being monitored but some days tries to steal my joy.
And those icky feelings are returning as I approach my annual MRI.

Fear is a liar.
Fear tries to steal all your joy.
But faith over fear y’all!

I use this mantra to snap out of it and remind myself everything is okay and will be okay!

We are all doing hard things. Whether it’s losing a job, an injury, health issue, dealing with loss, trauma, struggles with a relationship, managing this pandemic.... don’t let fear win!

Love you all! We can do hard things!
