Dinner, drinks, and live music without turning date night into a three-stop itinerary.

800° in SouthPark has the kind of setup that lets you settle in — cocktails, a full menu with plenty of variety, and a house-made Caesar dressing that deserves its own reel.

Live music: Tuesday and Thursday from 7–9, and Wednesdays are 50% off select bottles of wine! It's a perfect spot for a weekday date night- and you can feel slightly bourgie. 😂

Basically: one reservation, the whole night.

Battle & Birdie changed the game… literally.

For competitive couples, double dates, grown-up play dates, and anyone who says “one more round” knowing good and well it will not be one more round 😭

Save this for your next Raleigh date night when sitting across from each other at dinner is not chaotic enough.

Some questions are between you, the bartender, and the sun.

This is not your average bookstore.

is part bookstore, part cozy drink spot, part “wait… why don’t we do this more often?” kind of date night.

Tucked inside 's Reynolda Village, The Bookhouse makes an easy, thoughtful date night: wander the village, take a walk nearby, then come inside to browse books and gifts, grab themed drinks, and settle in for one of their events.

They host live music, poetry readings, author signings, Wine Down Wednesdays, and Mimosa Saturdays — check their calendar to see what’s coming up.

Save this for your next low-key date night when you want something cultured, cute, and likely to make you feel slightly smarter… because books.

ParTee Shack is made for competitive couples.

With mini games at every hole, you don’t just play—you compete... to compete.

If that’s not enough, do a couple laps around the go kart track and see who’s actually faster.

Then grab a bite and a drink and go again.

This is what date night should feel like.

We tried 5 NC date ideas for competitive couples… and honestly? Some of y’all should NOT be keeping score 😂

| Raleigh
– a futuristic entertainment spot with immersive laser tag, themed mini golf, arcade games, cocktails, and serious “Men in Black training facility” energy.

| Charlotte
– an immersive team challenge packed with lasers, puzzles, and one very messy final round. Equal parts teamwork and blaming each other under neon lights.

| Greensboro
– indoor mini golf meets arcade chaos, multi-level go karts, and challenge-based holes that somehow made us way too emotionally invested.

| Raleigh
– a retro-style bowling alley with arcade games, food, drinks, music, and actual date night energy.

| Greensboro
– a massive entertainment spot with bowling, arcade games, laser tag, food, drinks, and enough competition to turn date night into the Olympics. Plus… the food had absolutely no business being that good 😂

We’ve got a lot more of these. Stay close.

Everybody will tell you where to eat in Cartagena.

These are the ones we’d go back to—no hesitation.

📍 Morena | Bocagrande — one of the most beautiful spaces we walked into the whole trip. Good music, delicious food, and great drinks.

📍 Café del Mar | Walled City — yes, it’s busy. Go anyway. Sunset, colorful drinks, live music, and the kind of crowd that makes it feel like you belong.

📍 Nami | Bocagrande — nostalgic and eclectic, anime-themed. This one surprised us—the atmosphere was so fun, the food was dope and the drinks had personality.

Save this for your trip.

Are these the droids you’re looking for? 👀

Star Wars Day at the Dash was stellar. Met some of our favorite characters, side-eyed a few others… Star Wars moments between innings, and a crowd that actually leaned into it—it was a blast.

Can’t wait for the next theme night game.

Could you survive the apocalypse?

This is not your typical arcade or escape room.

We did The GRID at and it’s one of those experiences you keep running back because you were this close to getting it.

Every room hits different—
one second it’s speed and agility,
the next it’s pacing, patience… and then 4th grade math 😅

High energy, a little chaotic, and actually challenging in a way most date nights aren’t.

If you’re looking for something new (and not easy), add this to your rotation.

We're going back for Border Town.
