Keep it simple. One of the ways I make it happen is having a ābulk prepā meal at all times in my fridge. This means I make a batch of shredded chicken, chili, pasta salad, or something new like this recipe!
šOur ladies have been laying up a storm, so I decided to try my hand at high protein egg salad. Pretty simple- 2 dozen eggs and a carton of low fat cottage cheese, add salt, pepper, and dry mustard to taste.
