Join us Friday, June 19 for a shakeout run at McAlpine Creek Park! Once the 5K start clears around 6:30pm, we’ll head out for a 3.5-mile loop. RunNC pacers and coaches will keep the group together so no one gets dropped.

Perfect for half marathon runners shaking out the legs before Saturday morning. Meet us at the Charlotte Running Co tents before and after.
