This is how we ended our "Still Point" Silent Retreat this past weekend. We explored the part of us we have been ignoring, and we got in touch with our True Authentic Self. We nurtured our Inner Child, and reconnected with our meaningful values.

Our "Authentic Self" Retreat, calibrating your Inner Compass, was a great success. We gathered in a safe environment, with confidentiality and inner peace being the essential agreements.
We tackled gently our Self-Betrayal emotional patterns. Just to name a few, some of them being compromising your core values, failing to set boundaries, ignoring intuition, or emotional suppression.
Once we gained awareness, we took quality time, to release those patterns and then made vows to honor ourselves, and reclaiming the silenced voice within us. A vow to create a sacred commitment to honor our authentic self.
Remember to always honor your true self.
