As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re holding space for parents navigating fear, uncertainty and the emotional weight of a NICU stay. According to NIH, up to one-third of parents can develop clinically significant Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after a NICU experience. Roughly 27% continue to struggle with PTS symptoms past the one-year mark. You are not alone! And your emotions are valid – no matter how long your baby was in the NICU or the circumstances surrounding your child’s NICU stay.
At Bee Mighty, we’re here to walk alongside you with grants for mental health counseling and peer-to-peer mentorship – because we want to meet you where you are – before, during and after your NICU journey.

Another great night supporting NICU families! Our NICU Family monthly dinner at Levine Children’s Hospital is a moment to rest and connect.
Bee Mighty loves an opportunity to support families in this season with a meal. Plus we get to hear stories and share about other ways Bee Mighty supports families. 🐝💛
