Acevichado Roll— it is literally sushi dressed like ceviche.

Fresh fish & leche de tigre (tiger’s milk)sauce.
But wrapped in perfectly seasoned sushi rice. A technique rooted in Japan.

This is what Nikkei cuisine is all about:
Peruvian soul + Japanese precision.

When Japanese immigrants arrived in Peru, they brought their knife skills and discipline. Peru brought the bold flavors — lime, aji amarillo, cilantro, leche de tigre.

The Acevichado roll is the perfect example of that story on a plate.
A sushi roll that eats like ceviche.
