Remember, the best runs aren’t the easy ones. They’re the soaked, messy, unforgettable ones that remind you who you are. These are the runs that don’t make the highlight reel, but they build something far better — mental resolve.

For almost a decade, the has come together to honor a legacy of service and bravery. The is a tribute to Richard Sheltra, a volunteer firefighter who made the ultimate sacrifice fighting a multi-alarm fire in April of 2016. He was only 20 years old.
