ATTENTION Lincolnton, NC women - the journey to a new you starts in April! We are looking for beginner-level ladies who want to make a healthy lifestyle change FOR GOOD!

My name is Kait, & I'm the owner & coordinator of RAMP, a partner program at The Rock Fitness in Lincolnton. I want to talk about my 12 week program that is PROVEN to help you get motivated, get moving confidently, lose body fat & inches, develop a healthier relationship with food, AND maintain all of it!

RAMP is a 12 week starter program for women that we ran from 2017 into 2020 when COVID shut the gyms down. We changed over 250 ladies lives just at this gym, not including our 5-7 other partner gyms at the time. RAMP started again in October of 2022, & we had PHENOMENAL results! We had anywhere from 8-30 inches lost & up to 30 pounds lost IN JUST 12 WEEKS!

RAMP only requires a few things of participants to be successful:
*a gym membership (you can already be a member or join any time before the start of RAMP)
*a $129 signup fee (covers all 12 weeks of the program, no hidden fees)
*desire to change
*willingness to put in the work
*3 workouts per week
*a "no quitting" attitude

What RAMP gives participants:
*around the clock support in & out of the gym
*a safe pace & place to build from
*progressively challenging workouts all 12 weeks
*6 classes per week to choose from that are specifically desgined for RAMP with some of the best instructors & trainers around
*private classes & pages
*in person bi-weekly meetings (also recorded)
*nutrition & detox coaching
*accountability in the form of attendance & check-ins
*start & end assesments including measurements & body composition analysis

I'm inviting you to learn about my 12 week program that is PROVEN to help get ladies motivated, moving confidently, lose body fat & inches, develop a healthier relationship with food, AND maintain all of it!
