Due to a fire at our home and shop, Custom Colours, Inc. is temporaily closed.
We are working to get equipment, dye inventory, and supplies.
Working also to retrieve formulas and pictures from our old hard drive.
I will let evryone know when we we are able to reopen.
Thank you all for your support and patience in this time!!

Most of you by now know that I am running far behind on processing orders.
After a discussion with my Doctors this past Friday, I am going to have to make some changes with the company due to health complications.
First of all, all orders will be processed in the order that they were received
This week I have appointments this afternoon, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon. I will be processing as many orders as I can in the morning hours
If you need to make other arrangements please email me at [email protected] and I will take care of the situation just as soon as I can
Going forward I will not be able to do the blending. I hope in time the manufacturers can produce some of the colors for me.
As soon as I can I will Post a list of dyes that I can handle. I apologize for all the delays and inconvenience that this has caused. Currently I am working on orders from May 11 and getting them shipped out as soon as possible.
I hope to have the stores updated in the next few weeks. Again I apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
I appreciate all the patience all of you have had with me during this time.

Power finally came back on.
Taking a few minutes to try and let everyone know that I am currently running behind 15 plus business days.
I am running things by myself. No room here for social distancing.
Due to Doctor appointments for testing I may run a little bit further behind
I apologize for all of the delays and will ship orders as fast as I can. I certainly will understand if you need to make other arrangements. Thank you for your patience during this time.
I am currently only able to ship about 10 orders per day and my backlog is about 172 orders. I am posting this as I want to be honest and fair to everyone. I apologize for any delays and inconvenience.
